August 15, 2006 Board Meeting Agenda Item #15 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #7001 FOR CARBONLESS PAPER AND SUPPLIES Description Bids to provide 'Carbonless Paper and Supplies' were received from three vendors on July 20, 2006.  The bid of Redd Paper Company was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the general fund budget allocated to the Materials Management Department. Recommendation That the bid of Redd Paper Company, to provide 'Carbonless Paper and Supplies' in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
